Press Advisory: After Driving Record Turnout of Latino Voters, Volunteers and Community Celebrate

Phoenix, AZ – Young volunteers with Promise Arizona in Action have been active in the community, knocking on doors and engaging voters for months, registering over 34,000 voters in Maricopa County. Over 200 thousand Latinos are expected to vote in Maricopa by the time polls close today. Promise Arizona in Action volunteers will celebrate with their friends and counterparts from the Campaign for Arizona’s Future, Citizens for A Better Arizona, and other community organizations – all joined by family and community members.
